MANDATORY ANNUAL SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION TRAINING

Under New York State Labor Law 201-g, all employees are mandated to take sexual harassment prevention training annually. Employees must comply with this requirement. If our records do not indicate completion of the Workplace Harassment Prevention training administered through the Research Foundation’s website by the anniversary of the last date taken, these employees will be suspended without pay until such time as they complete this legal requirement. A notice to this effect will be sent to the applicable Principal Investigators and campus Grants Officers.

The training may be completed by logging onto the Mandatory Training System and selecting "Workplace Harassment Prevention for Employees/Managers"
