The mission of the CUNY Postdoctoral Association (CUNYPDA) is to support and elevate postdoctoral researchers at CUNY, to the benefit of postdocs and CUNY alike.

What We Do
CUNYPDA aims to achieve its mission through:
- fostering an inclusive community of postdoctoral researchers across all CUNY campuses, by promoting social and scientific interactions between its members.
- acting as an organized voice of the CUNY Postdoctoral community to the CUNY administration, to advocate for postdocs, and to liaise on matters that impact the postdoctoral community.
- collaborating with the CUNY Office of Research, Graduate Center and RFCUNY to provide research training and professional development.
- engaging with local, regional, and national organizations that share the same goals.
