No; a PI may use either the standard Event Payment System URL or a link that is specific to the PI’s CUNY College.

At the beginning of each month, RFCUNY receives payment information from JPMorgan Chase, which identifies the evet, payee, and the amount paid. RFCUNY uses this payment information to allocate revenue (from credit card payments) to the respective RFCUNY projects. 

Yes; a PI should inform RFCUNY of all payees due a refund. JPMorgan Chase convenience fees are non-refundable.
