The Employee Assistance Program is the nation's leading healthcare advocacy and assistance company offering two valuable services. The Healthcare Help Service features personalized help to resolve clinical and insurance-related issues. The EAP+ Work/Life Program offers short-term counseling and support for personal, family, and work issues. Health Advocate is available 24/7.

The program is available to RFCUNY retirees, Full-time and Part-time A employees, and their spouse, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law.

Health Advocate responds to an initial contact within 24 hours. The resolution time may vary depending on the specific circumstance.
