The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) is pleased to announce that new documents related to the evolution and unification of our grants management, finance, procurement, and human resources processes in OneRF (powered by Workday) have been added to the OneRF Information Hub. 

• Grant Report Transition to OneRF (Workday) – Information on the reporting capabilities available in OneRF and instructions for adding dashboards to the OneRF workspace.
• Guidance on the Delegation of Business Tasks in OneRF – Recommendations for field users on how to use the Delegations function of OneRF.
• OneRF External Release Notes - Summarizes recent updates and enhancements to the OneRF system that support field operations released since December 15, 2025.
• OneRF Frequently Asked Questions – Contains frequently asked questions received since the launch of OneRF’s Human Capital Management functionality on December 15, 2025.

If you have already claimed your OneRF login, you can access the system today at https://wd108.myworkday.com/rfcuny/d/home.htmld.   If you have not yet claimed your OneRF login, you can do so immediately by reviewing our step-by-step instructions and claiming your OneRF login at https://www.rfcuny.org/rflogonclaim. 

Answers to many common questions about OneRF are available on the OneRF Information Hub. There you will find general information about OneRF, frequently asked questions, links to over 100 detailed Job Aids, and an archive of previous communications. 

If you still have questions after reviewing these resources, please contact us by logging into OneRF and searching for “Create Case” to use the Case Management function.  This will ensure that your questions go directly to the correct subject matter experts within RFCUNY.
