New Catalog Suppliers in OneRF

The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) is pleased to announce the addition of Quartzy and Amazon as catalog suppliers available in OneRF (powered by Workday and Jaggaer).
Quartzy
Quartzy has offered training materials and a recorded training sessions for OneRF users on how to use their systems:

Amazon
Amazon’s full inventory is now available through catalog shopping in OneRF system. RFCUNY strongly recommends that all current Amazon Business users transition to catalog purchasing via OneRF as soon as possible. We have provided a grace period through September 15, 2026, during which you can continue to use your direct access Amazon Business accounts. After September 15, 2026, you will need to use catalog purchasing.
- How to Set Up a Catalog Purchasing Account: The first time that you use OneRF’s catalog purchasing to punch out from OneRF to Amazon Business, you should have a new profile created automatically on the RFCUNY Amazon Business account and be able to immediately start shopping. This profile will use the same login information that you use for OneRF. The account that is generated will be a separate login from your previous, direct access Amazon Business account that used your previous email address.
- RFCUNY is unable to transfer order histories from your direct access account to your new Amazon Business account. If you have standing or recurring orders in Amazon Business, we recommend that you save these orders and set them up as public lists with your old account. Then you can view them and replicate them in your new account this summer during the grace period so that the process is as seamless as possible this fall.
