Minimum Wage Increase
Please be advised that, in accordance with New York State (NYS) regulations, the minimum hourly wage for employees will increase to $17 per hour, effective January 1, 2026.

Since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2025, he has issued several Executive Orders. As federal agencies adjust to these new developments, both the CUNY Office of Research and RFCUNY will continue to provide updates, guidance, and relevant resources to help you navigate these changes.
MANDATORY ANNUAL SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION TRAINING
NYS LABOR Law 201-g requires all existing employees to take sexual harassment training annually and all new employees within 30 days of hire. Compliance will be closely monitored.
