Full-time and Part-time employees earn paid time off (e.g., annual leave, sick leave) and leave benefits. Leave is earned incrementally throughout employment and is based on the hours worked that may be used as time off with pay. Leave accrual information applies to all RFCUNY employees unless otherwise provided for in collective bargaining agreements. Accrued leave does not apply to Graduate Research Assistants, students on stipends, students in the CUNY College Work Study Program, or foreign nationals employed outside the U.S., its territories, or Canada.
