One RF Coming January 2026

RFCUNY’s initiative to unify and evolve our finance, grants management, procurement, and human resources systems is OneRF.

We are launching the OneRF brand immediately, and the OneRF system will be operational starting January 2026. RFCUNY will continue to publish additional information on our website and via email, including more details on the launch, what’s changing, and what you can expect in terms of practical, focused training.

The OneRF platform will modernize and unite RFCUNY’s systems and, as we announced in September, it will be powered by Workday – a best-in-class, cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financial Management system.
