One RF Is Live
Access to OneRF’s human resources, grants and contracts; procurement; and finance processes is now available on the OneRF system, powered by Workday.
OneRF Cutover Is Complete
In order to support the development and data migration necessary to launch OneRF, access to RFCUNY’s existing grants and contracts, procurement, finances, and human resources closed in December before the launch of OneRF.
We developed the list of deadlines below related to the OneRF transition – also known as the cutover process.
It’s important to note that, in addition to the deadlines, some processes have a brief blackout window when we ask that you hold transactions until they can be input into the new system.
This process is now complete, and we are maintaining this list and this page for reference only.
