We seek candidates whose interests align with the goal of investigating the psychological and behavioral processes that underlie team functioning. Opportunities exist in a range of areas, including behavioral intervention (e.g., pre-/post- design, randomized control trials), advanced statistical modeling (e.g., longitudinal, multifactorial, nested methods), and objective assessment of emotional and social behavior and team science. Responsibilities include the management of the interdisciplinary research project (project communication, help with intervention development, data collection and data management, supervision of project coordinator) as well as data analysis and preparing of publications. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in experimental behavioral science research, advanced statistical modeling and use of SPSS, excellent project management skills, research interests in emotion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to open science.
