The European Union flagship Horizon Europe funding program for science and innovation has announced the new Work Program for 2025, investing over $8.2 billion in 2025 for research priorities that will drive the green and digital transitions, and support global talent. The first calls for proposals are now open, and more will be launched throughout the year.
Potential Impact on Federal Government Grant Funding
Since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2025, he has issued several Executive Orders. As federal agencies adjust to these new developments, both the CUNY Office of Research and RFCUNY will continue to provide updates, guidance, and relevant resources to help you navigate these changes.
Minimum Wage Increase
Please be advised that, in accordance with New York State (NYS) regulations, the minimum hourly wage for employees will increase to $16.50 per hour, effective January 1, 2025.
