General Description

The Heritage Arabic e-Book (HAeB) Web coordinator  will assist the project director with setting up web pages, develop and post content and maintain the web pages.  Duties include

- maintaining the website          

 - providing technical and creative support to the eBook team

  - performing related duties as assigned.

     

The HAeB project develops materials for the teaching and learning of Arabic to heritage language learners. The Project is one of the four projects conducted at the Center for Integrated Language Communitites (CILC) a National Language Resource Center funded by a grant of the US Department of Education.

Qualifications

Candidates should be familiar with basic website design interfaces (e.g. WordPress) and interested in language, linguistics, and/or educational technology. Candidates should be able to write in Modern Standard Arabic
