General Description

CUNY SPH and Bronx Health REACH are seeking a student to assist with the coding of qualitative focus group data as part of the Creating Healthy Schools & Communities Initiative. As part of the project, we will be conducting 12 focus groups, and will be coding the transcripts to analyze the themes that emerge from these interviews. The PI (Dr. Palmedo) and the research assistant will be conducting the primary analysis but we are seeking a student to conduct some coding to help ensure inter-coder reliability. 
 
The individual selected for this position should have some experience with qualitative research, either through coursework or through first-hand research. 
 
This is a limited-term project, paying $21/hour, but limited to $726 total.
