General Description
The Tech Support Program Department is looking for an intern that will gain hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You will be directly involved with assisting the Coordinator of Tech Support Programs with one-on-one technical assistance, curriculum development and content creation. This may include designing, developing, and recommending training curricula and workshops based on adult learning principles and one-on-one coaching with students. There is also an emphasis on online learning for this position.

Other Duties
If you’re a student pursuing a career in IT Training Development, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or related, you may be a fit for an internship in our Tech Support Program department. In this role, the duties and responsibilities include:
- Facilitate Tech Coordinator with virtual trainings/workshops
- Create and maintain sign in sheets and attendance of students
- Enter needed data in salesforce
- Contact students and administer digital literacy assessments
- Provide one-on-one coaching to students both in person and virtual
- Collaborate with Institute staff members on students’ progress
- All other duties as assigned by the Coordinator of Tech Support Programs
Qualifications
The qualifications for the internship include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- In pursuit of a certificate or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related IT field
- One year of customer service experience
