General Description
Supervise clinical work on severe mental illness, trauma, substance abuse, and dual/multiple diagnoses, including high-risk and underserved populations; Provide supervision on evidence-based practices, psychotherapy, assessment, crisis intervention, termination/discharge, referral, and professional ethics; Oversee unlicensed social workers and clinical psychologists working in various medical and mental health settings; Conduct individual and group supervisions; Supervise clinical collaborations with organizations such as NYCACS, shelters, supportive residences, medical clinics and hospitals; Evaluate performance of each direct report; Provide problem-solving and support resolutions at sites.

Qualifications
Ph.D or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program with minimum 1 year related work experience; New York license in Psychology; strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, transference, countertransference and lifespan psychology; advanced skills in interviewing, assessment, diagnosis & psychotherapy; must be proficient in evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral & trauma therapy.
