OneRF Webinars

The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) has created a library of robust, intensive training sessions for Principal Investigators (PI), focused on the highest-priority topics that we identified through feedback from faculty and CUNY Grants Officers.

Fall 2026 Webinars:

• Orientation to OneRF, Customization, & the Grants Report Dashboard (Recorded September 30, 2026) – Topics include a high-level walk-through of the OneRF platform, options for navigating OneRF, customizing the homepage, using the search tools, how to use the case management functionality of OneRF,  how to access the Reports Dashboard, and an orientation to the reports.
• OneRF Human Resources Session I: Time Tracking & Payroll (Recorded October 1, 2026) – Topics include updating work schedules, completing and approving timesheets, and entering timesheets for individuals who have multiple appointments. 
• OneRF Procurement & Payables Session I: Stipends (Recorded October 7, 2026) – Topics include key processes related to the new stipend process including demonstrations of the workflows.

Spring and Summer 2026 Webinars:

• Supplier Webinar – Quartzy – Review a recorded walkthrough of the RFCUNY supplier account led by our Quartzy representatives.
• Supplier Webinar – Amazon – Review a recorded walkthrough of the RFCUNY supplier account and instructions on migrating existing Amazon Business accounts led by our Amazon representatives.
  PI Webinar - Finance: Expense Reporting - Key topics include: PI out-of-pocket reimbursements, P-Card reconciliation, spend authorizations, and Q&A from RFCUNY Finance team members. 
• PI Webinar - Human Resources: Hiring & Onboarding - Key topics include onboarding new staff, understanding and completing personnel requisitions, hiring, onboarding workflows, and Q&A from RFCUNY Human Resources team members. 
• PI Webinar - Human Resources: Time & Payroll – Key topics include updating work schedules, completing and approving timesheets, and Q&A from RFCUNY Human Resources team members. 
• PI Webinar - Procurement: Stipends - Key topics include processes related to stipends and Q&A from RFCUNY Procurement and Payables team members.
