Conducting Employee Performance Appraisals

RFCUNY encourages supervisors of RFCUNY field employees to conduct performance appraisals annually. Performance appraisals are an important management tool that provides employees with meaningful feedback on their job performance. They help identify opportunities for improvement and professional growth while recognizing employees’ strengths, contributions, and accomplishments.

The RFCUNY field employee performance appraisal process is available through OneRF. The job aids below provide step-by-step instructions for both supervisors and employees.
