Postdoctoral positions are currently available in the Elbaum-Garfinkle lab at the Advanced Science Research Center (ASRC) at the Graduate Center, CUNY.
The Elbaum-Garfinkle lab is an interdisciplenary team of scientists studying disordered proteins at the nexus of liquid phase separation and pathological aggregation. Using single-molecule fluorescence tools, material science methodology, and C. elegans genetics, our group probes the mechanism and regulation of protein self-assembly on the molecular, material and organismal levels.
Highly motivated applicants with a strong background in quantitative microscopy, protein biochemistry or C. elegans are particularly encouraged to apply. "
Applicants should upload a CV and Cover Letter briefly summarizing previous expertise and current/future interests
