Information on Workday Update to OneRF

The Workday 2026 Release 2 occurred on Saturday, September 19, 2026.  This release is one of a series of updates and improvements to the Workday platform that the software provider releases on a twice-annual basis.   

RFCUNY has analyzed the information Workday has published on the release to determine how it will affect business processes in OneRF.  Our analysis is that this particular release will have only minor impact on the day-to-day experience in OneRF.  

When you next log into OneRF you may notice that Workday has updated the Worker Profile to make it easier to view, understand, and manage your information. The updated profile includes: a refreshed header, improved navigation, and new tables to view personal information as well as preview the information that others can see when they view your profile. 

These releases are performed by Workday to its platform and ensure that OneRF remains stable, secure, and at the forefront of technology.  They are distinct from the regular, ongoing updates that RFCUNY performs to optimize and stabilize OneRF.
