General Description
Medgar Evers College Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) is a NYSED grant funded Drop-Out Prevention program focussed on meeting the social-emotional and academic needs of at-risk students in four schools in Brooklyn. The SIte Monitor will be responsible for facilitating and montioring the LPP acttivites in the designated Target School. They will also act as the liason between the school staff and the LPP staff as well as be responsible for collecting and maintaining all LPP student data.

Other LPP related assisginments as designated by the LPP Director.
Qualifications
College Degree and or related professional experience.
