General Description

The Visualization and Virtual Reality Lab in the Computer Science department at Hunter College has a Virtual Reality (VR) Research Assistant opening for a short-term research project in Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality. The Graduate Research Assistants (GRA) will work with a faculty member in the Department of Computer Science, Hunter College. The GRA will be responsible for desigining and building a VR application in Unity3D, running user studies and writing up the results into a publication. The position is paid hourly without benefits at $18-20 per hour (depending on qualifications), 10 hours per week for about six months.

All applicants should be able to demonstrate prior experience with 3D modeling, Unity3D development and has written a research publication.
