Registration Cost: $450
Spouse/guest meals: $75 additional per night
The registration deadline is Friday, August 11th, 2017.
After this date, there will be a $50 late registration fee per registrant.
Registration Includes:
All meeting sessions Tuesday, August 29th and Wednesday, August 30th.
Complete meeting package of daily meals, breaks and hospitality.
Monday evening cocktail hour, dinner and reception.
Tuesday evening cocktail hour, dinner, entertainment, and reception.
Note: Registration does not include hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations need to be made and paid for separately.
