Professor Bull Kovera wants to change the world by helping legal professionals arrive at better decisions through her $365,000 NIH research project that examines the voir dire process. Thoroughly enjoying the mentorship aspect of her work, she advises junior faculty, “It’s all about persistence. If you have a good idea and you write [your proposal] well, look for general feedback and ask for advice.”
