The purpose of the Northeast Conference on College Cost Accounting (NECA) is to provide information about federal cost accounting practices and to facilitate communication among institutions of higher education in the northeast region of the United States.  Specifically, the Conference seeks to develop consistent interpretations of various government policies such as:

NECA is proud to partner with the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI) for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits for our annual conference. SRAI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
